Download The Mortgage Manager™
The Mortgage Manager™ is available for download free of charge by clicking
on the one of the Download buttons below. The Mortgage Manager™ is available for Win 3.11 or Windows '95!!!
To download and install:
Click on the link below and save the mortgage.exe in a temporary folder. Once
you have completed downloading the file, choose run from the start menu and type
c:\temp\mortgage where c:\temp\ is the drive and path that you downloaded the
mortgage.exe file to. This will extract the files necessary to install The Mortgage
Manager™ to your system. Choose Run again from the start menu and type
c:\temp\setup where c:\temp\ is the drive and path that you downloaded the
mortgage.exe file to. Follow the directions to install. Once installation is complete,
The Mortgage Manager™ icon will appear on your desktop.
Double-click the icon to run the program. You will be asked to enter a CODE.
At that point, enter the code 22503.
Win 3.1
To use the Mortgage Manager™ Software with Windows 3.1 (3.11), you must install Win32s. This allows a 32-bit application to run in a Windows 3.1 (3.11) environment. Click the "Download" button for Windows 3.1 below to download Win32s. A file called "PW1118.exe" (2.5M) will be downloaded to your computer.
After downloading and installing this software, you must click on the Windows '95 button to get the Mortgage Manager™ program. Follow the procedures below:
- Make sure you are running Windows.
- Run the file from the File, Run option.
- When installation is finished, it will ask you to reboot.
- After you reboot, the Win32s patch for 32 bit programs will be running automatically.
- You can now install and run the Windows 95 version of the Mortgage Manager software.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Mortgage Manager™ software takes advantage of the 32bit capabilities of Windows95 and WindowsNT. We strongly recommend upgrading if you intend to use the Mortgage Manager™. The Mortgage Manager™ was not written for the Windows 3.1 (3.11) operating system and we can not guarantee its performance.
